Overview
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.
StashDeck operates as a platform for Creative Commons licensed music submitted by artists. We only accept content that rights holders have explicitly chosen to share.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content available on StashDeck infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice containing the following information:
Identification of the copyrighted work
Describe the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
Identification of the infringing material
Provide the URL or other specific location of the content you claim is infringing.
Your contact information
Include your name, address, phone number, and email address.
Good faith statement
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
Accuracy statement & signature
A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and its previous location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and phone number
- Consent to jurisdiction of federal court in your district
Repeat Infringer Policy
StashDeck will terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We track all DMCA notices and will permanently ban users who have multiple valid claims against them.
False Claims Warning
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
